Surprise your guests with a delicious stuffed fish entree!
If you're looking for an impressive dish to serve your guests, look no further than stuffed fish. This delicious entree is easy to make and sure to impress!
To make stuffed fish, you'll need a fresh fish fillet, some stuffing ingredients, and a baking dish. Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Next, prepare the stuffing. This can be done in a number of ways, but a simple option is to mix some cooked rice with herbs and spices of your choosing.
Once the stuffing is prepared, it's time to stuff the fish. Cut a horizontal slit into the side of the fillet and then spoon in the stuffing until it's evenly distributed. Don't overstuff the fish or it will be difficult to cook through.
Once the fish is stuffed, place it in a baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Serve hot with your favorite sides.

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups white bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (14 oz) can of tuna, drained
- 1 lemon, juiced

CUT FISH: Cut off the top of the fish so that you have a nice flat surface to work with. Cut the fish open by slicing down the center of the stomach area - be very careful not to cut all the way through. Remove any innards and discard them. Spoon the stuffing mixture into the cavity of the fish until it's full. Close up the fish flap by pressing it together with your fingers. If needed, use a toothpick to hold it together.
MARINATE FISH: In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and green onion slices. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Brush mixture all over the outside of the fish. Place in a baking dish or on a grill over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes per side or until fully cooked through. This recipe is one that my family has passed down from generation to generation - it's simple, quick and easy! The best part is that you can customize it however you like by adding your favorite herbs or spices. My favorite way to make it is with Parmesan cheese breadcrumbs and grilled lemons - but feel free to get creative!
